Given the proper positioning of a chum bag, the pulsating (squid like) action of the Sea Anchor produces an enticing "spewing" of chum which produces a thicker well distributed chum slick, attracting many gamefish to your boat. This sea anchor/drift control device is strictly for controlling your drift, and is not meant to be used as a foul weather sea anchor.
